Quibble: The inclusion of such language in a disclaimer of liability - for
any product - does not in any way acknowledge the possibility of the
occurrence for which it is disclaiming liability. It merely reflects the
litigious climate that encourages people to assert that Matt's quote below
is true

Deanna, not a cheerleader for Microsoft, just an experienced analyst of
legal gobbledygook.
