Nope, these are all stock pata drives. The 120G and 160G disks
work just fine in the A31p. You are right--the new fatter 200,
250 and 300G disks are all SATA sadly, so I think I'm maxed
out on disk size for the A31p.
My question (sorry if I didn't write it reasonably) is how a
disk can hog tie the the IDE system such that a hard reset
is needed to fix things.
