[Thinkpad] High Power USB Port

By design, a bare USB port provides 500mA.

I use a 100Gb 7k USB drive that requires 600mA starting current, which
I've found only works reliably with the Thinkpad via a cardbus PCMCIA
USB port that supplies 1.0A. This setup also has a DIN plug that
supplies power from the Ultrabase.

I've also seen USB drives that require supplementary 5V wall wart power.
