We / I use ultraVNC a lot.
But I know the IP Address and ports of the machines .

But as the client is likely using WinXP, simply use Remote Assistance ??

Built in and if you initiate the session via MSN messenger  you got around a
lot of NAT and what is
an IP Address ?? type isues.
Firewalls  are another thing !
