[Thinkpad] OT - Remote Support Software

Looking at some options for remote support software for clients who have the 
occaisional need to have me connect to desktops & diagnose systems. File 
transfer is required.

Has to be able to get behind firewalls - gateways, without the need for a IT 
guy on the other end to open ports.
Most times it's just a station operator with few skills that initiates the 
support request.

I'm looking at Laplink's RemoteAssist...
Someone also asked me to look at VNC one click, but I don't know if that 
will work for me if I am roaming...
Recommendations are appreciated.
