[Thinkpad] T60 Recovery CD question

Hi,

I was just given a T60, unfortunately the recovery partition was gone.  I 
just checked it and warranty started August 7, 2007.  Am I still eligible 
to get the recovery CD for free since it is less than 30 days or will i 
have to pay for it still?
