Till ya  have an RMA  issue !!!
Then they are  total Q#$^@$%^@%^ !!

You must keep your original paperwork .
They can NOT find your order and generate a copy of said paperwork.
Again total ~@#%@#!$^%#$^ !!

I did find the original paperwork and they did replace the Apple Dimm; 
finally.
