[Thinkpad] [OT] Windows reinstall/update utility

Wasn't me that posted, but I do have some info on it...

Several months ago there was a running discussion on some Microsoft boards
about a guy who had integrated all the service packs for Win2K into one
slipsteamable package. It was called SP5 (how unoriginal) and had finally
made it's way up to SP5.1.something

I built a Win2K install CD slipstreaming this package and it worked like an
absolute charm.

Unfortunately all discussion around this package seems to have disappeared.
Don't know whatever happened to it. However, I did find the instructions
for it with a dead link to the package:

http://discussions.hardwarecentral.com/showthread.php?t=168918

I do have the sp5.1 package archived around here somewhere if you can't find
a copy of it. It's about 240MB if I remember right.

Subject: [Thinkpad] [OT] Windows reinstall/update utility

I have to (re-)install W2K on a machine tomorrow from an elderly recovery
CD. Recently someone posted a link here to a utility/website that
simplified installation of all the service/security packs and patches. I
though I'd bookmarked it, but evidently not. Can anyone give the link?

Thanks,
David
