Doubt it all the s-cables I have have 4 pins. the other ones may be for
audio of some sort. I wonder if it is something the the video card has
to support. composite over the svid connection may be something that
that thinkpads do not support. all the adapters I have came with video
cards which may detect that the adapter is plugged in and automagically
convert to composite output.
