[Thinkpad] T41p: S-Video to RCA?

Would something like this work with a ThinkPad (specifically T41p):
http://www.cablewholesale.com/specs/10s3-42006.htm
They also have cheaper ones and even just adapters (which would then
use an RCA-RCA cable).
I'm annoyed with myself because I just ordered a bunch of network
cables from these guys and could have added one of these cheap.
The reason I want it, is if I want to connect my notebook to a TV or
other device, the S-Video input is usually buried in the back, while
there are usually three RCA inputs on the front. If I can output
through the S-Video to RCA, and convert the 3.5mm to 2xRCA, it would
be a lot easier (e.g. to watch my Slingbox, or a DVD :).
They also have a 3.5mm to 2xRCA.

I have no connection to these guys, except I just ordered a bunch of
1' Cat 5e cables (91c @) and wish I'd asked this question a week ago.
:)
Thanks!
