[Thinkpad] T40: no place to enter bios supervisor password

The oldest child, the wife's maiden name, the word Password, 1234567,
0123456, 0000000, and other such brilliant ideas. When Cox.Net first added
Green Valley to their internet services, we servced a lot of homes. All
customers were givent he password, Password. Three years later, most of
them still used Password as the password, so they had to force them to
change.
