[Thinkpad] T40: no place to enter bios supervisor password

I don't know if the PW is case sensitive, but the only thing I can think to
try is to remove the power on PW (you can look at the Hardware Maint Manual
on the IBM web site it tells you how to do that) and then your PW should
work for the SP.
