[Thinkpad] Fan not user serviceable?

It is not just a fan.
Thinkpad T60's have been having a lot of cpu fan, and cooling issues. Four
or five days is an amazingly short turn around, and an entirely new assembly
sounds as if they found the cure.
Unless things have changed at EZServe, they also fix or replace anything
else they find, while they have the machine.
This is a deal! I would not pass it up for any reason.
