[Thinkpad] Does anyone know how to reset the BIOS password on aT21?

Have you actually installed and used this inverter from Digikey?

We have found them to be much less than satisfactory, lasting only months,
and introducing sad screen effects of their own... imbalance from left to
right and top to bottom, fading, and other artifacts.

So please tell us more, by model number.
