[Thinkpad] T20 and extnded desktop in a windows 2000 opertaing

AFAIK, there is no extended desktop feature in Win2K, and it is 
not retro-fittable.  That and faster return from suspend are 
the two major reasons to upgrade to XP, if your Thinkpad has 
the muscle to run it.
