It might be a heat problem. The T20 had a bad fan, with a thermal pad that
would be totally deteriorated by now. You might try removing it and filling
the gap with a thin piece of brass or copper and some good thermal paste.
You do need contact between the heat sink on the CPU and the heat sink on
the fan.
