[Thinkpad] Recovery partition error message (T43p running XP SP2)

I used Rescue Recovery 3 to burn DVDs of a working
configuration.  I then used them to "recover" to a
new disk (100 GB 7200).  Since then, I've gotten a
Windows error message every so often about

"Low disk space"

on the recovery partition.  I think I have the BIOS
option set correctly for the partition but I could
use suggestions on what to do to end the Windows
complaints.  This did not happen before running the
recovery from the DVDs.
