[Thinkpad] Flash (SD) as backup?

I've only had issues with Memorex USB flash drives before , and if I recall,
the ZIP100 disks weren't that great either.

BTW, This is a desktop that I'm building to be cheap, and I will include a
DVD burner - flash is just easier.
