Does it have to be 7200rpm?  If I had a budget of around $80 I'd rather 
spend it on a higher capacity 5400rpm drive. You'll get more gigabytes 
per dollar, and for most purposes it would be practically equivalent in 
performance.

Here's a page of ATA drives from Newegg.com that are all 80GB or 
greater, and most of them are equal to or lower than your budget.
