[Thinkpad] (no subject)

Just anecdotally from me and a handful of other people, having two slots
isn't necessarily an advantage. Not only for the reason that Ray mentioned,
but also because stacking the two slots so closely makes for some pretty
thin separating materials. Delicate pieces are not so bad inside a case, but
maybe not so smart in a place that is subjected to frequent manipulation
even in normal usage.

I've got a TP in which the upper slot is no longer usable, apparently
because a card will no longer seat correctly there. I worry that using the
working lower slot also stresses that slender divider, and that this might
prevent a card from being held tightly enough to fully seat.
