[Thinkpad] T20 -Display Problem

I have just inherited an old T20 and a refurbed display screen. The old one is cracked. Is there a website or can someone post some pretty good directions on how to remove the old display top? I am pretty good with computers and screwdrivers, ut don't want to break anything!
