[Thinkpad] Bootable USB stick

Philippe,

I use an external DVD-R/RW drive connected by USB/2 with my
T43p to boot from CD/DVD.  I've also put the thinkpad DVD drive
into a docking station for the T43p - that also works.  The external
DVD is way faster however (Plextor 716UF).

I don't know how to make a USB stick bootable although I have
read that it is possible.
