[Thinkpad] T41 secondary disk

Hello,

I have moved the hard disk drive from a T43 into a ThinkPad HDD 
Adapter Tray, installed the tray in my T43p and booted from the T43's 
drive by pressing the
F12 key as the machine posts.  You may be able to do something similar to
with your T41.
