I'll second the build-it-yourself suggestions, but if you're really set on a turnkey solution you might check out the Western Digital Passport range: http://www.wdc.com/en/products/Products.asp?DriveID=262

Comes in a range of sizes from 80 to 160GB, and you know you're getting a 5400rpm WD drive.
