[Thinkpad] T41 secondary disk

Where would I be able to buy the secondary disk enclosure that you speak
of for the cdrom bay?  I'm interested in installing a second disk.

I am using a T41 laptop, with an secondary hard disk in place of the cd
rom.
This works fine as a data disk.

Does anyone know if it possible to install a second operating system on
that disk, and be able to choose that operating system at boot time.
