I have an X32 2884-A2U that I bought used. It worked just fine for a few
weeks, and then it would no longer powerup using the battery alone. It
needs to be plugged in, otherwise nothing. The power cable can be
removed immediately after pressing the power button, and it will
continue to boot and run on the battery normally. It also will not come
out of hibernation without being initially plugged in. I have two
batteries, both genuine, one a year old and one brand new. Same
situation with both batteries. Can anyone suggest what the problem could
be and how to fix it? Its out of warranty. Thanks.
