Go to this URL that Aryeh provided:

Fill out the form to register, then receive registration e-mail after 
you submit.  Click the link in that registration e-mail to activate your 
registration.  Record your password from this registration web page.  On 
that page you'll see "You can manage your registered products here" 
link.  Click that and log in on the right side with your e-mail and the 
password from the registration page.  Now you'll see the Acronis True 
Image v7.0 section listed.  Use the 'Download installation file' link to 
get the installer.
