[Thinkpad] hard drive adapter

Yes I've come across that, however I really don't want the kit, just the
adapter. I'm building an embedded system and am going to use a CF --> IDE
adapter rather than a hard drive. I'm hoping not to spend $50+ on a kit for
a laptop that I bought for $40.
