[Thinkpad] hard drive adapter

Did you check the 390X HMM?  I see "HD Kitting Parts", FRU 08K5833, 
which appears to include the specific bit you're after.  If you can't 
find the individual part, a Google search finds several places which 
will sell you the kit.
