[Thinkpad] Taskbar doubled in size W2K

I have no idea. I've been doing it for years, and I doubt that I ever looked
it up. Windows Help stinks.

Put the cursor on the top edge of the upper line until it turns into â?.,
then
drag the edge down until the blank line disappears.
