[Thinkpad] Add/Remove Programs Problem

System restore to a date prior to the PCDoc 5 update install does resolve
the issue (as one might expect). It's a bit of a 'sledghammer to kill a
gnat' approach, but it does work. I tried last night, after first trying to
uninstall PCDoc5 -- which will uninstall, but won't bring back the other
change/remove buttons.
