[Thinkpad] Win98SE rundll.exe

Dr. Race:

I always check virus reports at www.symantec.com and will check this 
one, but I remember the rundll.exe file in a virus but I think it was 
for WindowsNT and Windows2000 which do not come with this file, where 
Windows95/98/ME do.
