This has been my experience 100% of the time. The only glitch I got from EZ
Serve was when I though they sent the wrong set of CDs at one time for a
T22. In the end, they actually ended up being the right ones. The "correct
ones" actually had a flaw and were superceded by the one I received. All
service I've received from EZ Serve has been fast. Every order I've made
has been honored within 24 to 48 hours - meaning I got the goods within 24
to 48 hours of making the call. Considering someone has to get the order
processed, place the goods into a bag for shipping, get the goods to a
distribution center (or have them picked up), get the goods sorted out, then
get them to their respective locations - to be picked up by local delivery
folks who have to drive them to your doorstop - God almighty, that's near
miraculous! This service, is practically unmatched!!!! If they screw up,
it may take a bit longer, but it still is well within the time frame others
would take for normal service.

Example:
I just called EZ Serve to request one system restore CD for the fourteen
R40s we bought in June or July for our new school. Obviously this is
past their 30 day window, but the guy had no problem sending me one
(free) after I explained things. This call was at 5:30pm on Tuesday.
At 11:30am on Wednesday a DHL truck arrives with an envelope containing
5 restore CDs. Things don't always work that smoothly, but it happens
more often than not with IBM's ThinkPad support.
