[Thinkpad] X31 keyboard problem?

Crumbs and hair under the keys can do that.
The key caps can be popped off and replaced easily.
But, I'd try canned air first, before disassembly.
If the unit is under warranty, the keyboard is a user-replacable part that
IBM will ship to you.
