Bowl of Saki for March 20

IT IS WISE TO SEE ALL THINGS, AND YET TO TURN OUR EYES
FROM ALL THAT SHOULD BE OVERLOOKED.--Hazrat Inayat Khan

Commentary by Hazrat Samuel L. Lewis (Sufi Ahmed Murad Chisti):

It is the soul which sees, the heart which understands. Mind of
itself is nothing, but mind properly trained and controlled gains the
whole world without losing one's soul. In this condition one sees
because God sees through one; one does not have to see for the sake
of sight or for the sake of self, but for the sake of God one has to
see. Now if we reflect upon what we have seen, if we give much
thought to what we have seen, this is sight for the sake of self; it
is not sight for the sake of God and our saying so does not make it so.

That sight which is Insight (Kashf) sees the attributes and essence
together and has no need to analyze persons or situations. It sees
the complete unity with all its parts, and yet does not attribute
moral valuation to any condition or thing. This is having Right
Views, where the fruits of sensation are left to God.

The commentaries on the Bowl of Saki are the work of Neshamah Emi
Miller. They are a devotional experience in attunement, and are
offered in that Spirit.

'Right View' of any condition or thing depends Up-on one-s ability
Harmonize the vibrations of one-s Physical, Emotional and Spiritual
Sense Capacities.

The fruits of sense-ation refers to that which one receives with
conscious awareness from experiences with-in the Physical, Emotional
or Spiritual Sense Capacities. Each experience will yield a
particular fruit, and this fruit may be soft, lovely and sweet, or
bitter, sour, and spoiled. For example, the Physical Senses give one
a whole range of sensations, from the most pleasant touch unto
moments of extreme, unbearable physical pain. Grief, sorrow, worry,
anger, hatred, fear, jealousy or greed, these fruits may be reaped
from the Emotional Senses, which exist at the lower vibratory levels
of our Spiritual Sense Capacity. Joy, Beauty, Compassion and Mercy,
these are the fruits that exist at the higher vibratory frequencies
of the Spiritual Capacity. Yet, there are even finer vibrational
frequencies existing with-in our Spiritual Sense Capacity, and these
begin with the vibratory frequencies of the Psychic Realms, and end
in the Heavenly Spheres. As the Seeker of Truth continues to merge
into being more finely tuned, one is moved through the lower,
emotional and Psychic frequencies, and then is enabled to harmonize
with and thus receives the finer frequencies of Intuition, Insight
and Inspiration. In these Divine Realms, one leaves the limitations
and sensations belonging to the positive and negative aspects of
duality -- and 'Sees' the Right View.

The Bodhisattva and the Sage enter these frequencies at will. And,
through Insight, (Kashf) the advanced Souls choose which vibrations
to Harmonize with at each moment. In so choosing, the lower
frequencies that emanate from negative attributes are over-looked.
Thus they never blossom nor bear fruit. Instead, at each step, the
sweet fruits of Joy and Beauty, Truth and Love are sought, harmonized
with and received, by the in-light-end One-s. And, as they are Be-ing
sought, they are found: Arising from the depths of the Heart, the
sweet fruits are received and offered -- and thus a Holy Garden of de-
Light is co-created on Earth -- for the benefit of all.
